Ibrahim Sea Bream
Every fish meal begins with fresh fish, but really fresh. Otherwise, never mind.
 
Products:
4 medium sea breams; 5 tablespoons of olive oil; 4 tablespoons of "Galilean orchard spice – for tuna, fish and grill"; salt and pepper; 8 peeled whole garlic cloves; 2 tablespoons of lemon juice; 2 sliced lemons; 2 sliced small onions; 2 tomatoes cut into quarters.
 
Preparation:
With a sharp knife, cut two slits on every side of the fish; rub the fish with lemon juice and immerse for thirty minutes; inside a bowl, mix the olive oil, spice, salt and pepper; rub the fish with the mixture (inside and out) and fill the slits; inside every fish, place 2 garlic cloves and a slice of lemon; place in heat-resistant dish, spread the onion and tomatoes among the fish; place 1-2 lemon slices on each fish; place for 20-30 minutes in an oven at 200 degrees.
 
The Orchard Meal: fish love anis or ouzo; together they are satisfied. Along with potatoes and baked vegetables. Lettuce or grains.
