Joy of the Green Bean
Tremendously delicious. Easy to prepare. As a supplement that fits almost any meal or as a dish in itself.
Products:
Deep pan; 800f of fresh green beans (frozen – possible); 6 whole cloves of fresh garlic; 4 tablespoons of "basic mixture" (see recipe) with "Galilean orchard spice – for vegetables and dishes"; 5 tablespoons of olive oil; 5 tablespoons of olive oil; salt; ground black pepper.
Preparation:
Cut off the edges of the beans; fry the garlic gloves in olive oil on a low fire; when the garlic becomes soft, add the basic mixture; mix delicately and add the beans immediately; cook on low fire for about 15 minutes and mix once in a while; when the beans become soft, add the salt and pepper; cook for 3 additional minutes.
Luxurious version:
Toast sliced almonds in a pan and spread on top.
The Orchard Meal:
with supplement of baked potatoes, green salad and fish in oven.
Indulge with a glass of chilled white wine.
