Malabi with Pear, Apples and Spices
Recipe: Chef Liraz Krispin – Moral Galilean Kitchen, Abirim
Products:
1.2L of 3% fat milk, 1/2L of water; 250ml of 38% cream (box); 75g of sugar; 75g of corn flour; teaspoon of rose water.
For service:
Open pear and spices – jam made of selected fresh fruit; crushed peanuts or almonds.
Preparation:
Mix the water with corn flour; heat the milk, sugar, cream, rose water and add the water and corn flour; heat until thickening while stirring, and make sure not to boil; transfer to personal service dishes and wrap in plastic wrap; place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours; serve with Galilee grapes – jam made of selected fresh fruit; spread the peanuts on top.
