Mash Potatoes with Olive Oil

Not the most dietetic recipe, but the taste is worth every calorie. Try and devour.
Products:
1kg of peeled potatoes, cut into dice; 150g of butter, cut into dice; 75 ML. of cooking cream; salt. For service extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed, gentle and enjoyable – Bustan Abraham; ground black pepper.
Preparation:
Bake the potatoes in a pot with water until they become soft; filter the water into a bowl; add the butter, cream and salt; add a bit of the cooking water and crush until a smooth texture is obtained; pour from the mashed potatoes unto a personal plate or as a supplement on the bowl; pour the olive oil and add ground pepper according to personal taste.
For diversification:
spread shredded parsley over the dish; green onion (the green part), thinly cut, may also be spread.
