Mountain-Flavored Broccoli
A dish that maintains the fresh taste of the broccoli and an aroma that sends the diner to a trip in the Galilean mountains.
Products:
800g of fresh broccoli (frozen – possible); 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed – Bustan Abraham; "Galilean orchard spice – for cheese and salads"; tablespoon of lemon juice; salt.
Preparation:
Boil a pot with plenty of water, and add a bit of salt to the water; separate the broccoli into flowers; put the olive oil, Abraham spice, salt and lemon juice into the bowl and mix; allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes; cook the broccoli for about 60 seconds in water; transfer into a filter and wash in cold water to stop the cooking; transfer the broccoli to a service dish; spread the seasoning over the broccoli.
Option:
Add one clove of garlic, thinly sliced, to the seasoning bowl.
