Roll of Plums and Whipped Cream
Recipe: Chef Liraz Krispin – Moral Galilean Kitchen, Abirim
 
For dough:
 
12 egg whites; 12 teaspoons of sugar; 12 tablespoons of flour; lemon skin from one lemon; baking paper.
 
For filling:
 
250ml (box) of 38% sweet cream; Galilean plum – jam made of selected fresh fruit.
For service: fresh plums, cuts into thin slices.
 
Preparation:
Mix the dough products in a bowl; spread the dough over a baking dish with baking paper; heat oven to 200 degrees; bake for about 5 minutes until obtaining a light brown hue; take out with the baking paper and roll; wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for thirty minutes; whip the cream until whipped cream is obtained; take out the dough from the refrigerator and slice; spread plum jam on the dough and spread the whipped cream; roll again, wrap in plastic wrap and return to the refrigerator.
 
Service:
 
Cut into slices and take out the wrap; arrange in service dish and spread sliced plums around or with fresh fruit salad.
