Rustic Croutons

Products:

3 tablespoons of "basic mixture" for aromatic toasts (see recipe); leftovers of bread/hallah, cut into slices.
 
Preparation:

Heat the oven to 120 degrees. Spread the mixture on the bread slices and cut into dice. Mix all dice by hand. Put in oven for 5 minutes; make sure they do not burn.
 
Diversification:

Mixture of olive oil with Galilean orchard za'atar, along with crushed garlic.
Recommended to keep in closed jar. May be preserved for several days, but experience teaches it will be finished much more. Especially popular with children (and adults) – dipping in white cheese.
