Sometimes you feel like eating something light. No strings attacked. Simple and delicious. No bother.
Products:
1 cup of natural yogurt (according to your taste); 2-3 teaspoons of Galilean orchard jam, "pear apple" or "pears and wine"; 1 fresh fruit, finely sliced into small pieces (banana / plum / peach / mango / kiwi / other).
For service:
Spread a bit of brown sugar for decoration.
Preparation:
Mix all products until obtaining a smooth texture; stay for ten minutes for fusion of flavors; mix again and eat right away.
The Orchard Meal:
for late night hours or as first dish of a rural breakfast.
