Spaghetti with Orchard Seasoning

There are lots of recipes for spaghetti, and then there is the Orchard's Galilean recipe. Aromatic. Intoxicating. Especially addictive. The peak of simplicity. The peak of spaghetti.
 
Products:
 
350g of fresh or dry spaghetti; 8-10 garlic cloves; 1/3 cup of fine olive oil; salt; ground black pepper; 3 tablespoons of "Galilean orchard spice – for cheeses and salads".
 
Preparation:

Cook the spaghetti according to the cooking instruction on the package with lots of water; peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slices; at the conclusion of cooking, transfer the spaghetti into a filter; to the same pot, add the olive oil and garlic and fry lightly on the small flame; return the spaghetti, add salt, ground black pepper and "Galilean orchard spice – for cheeses and salads"; stir and cook on low fire for 2 minutes while always stirring; transfer to personal plates and spread cheese on top.
 
Food for thought: place the pot on the fireplace in winter or electric plate for 2-3 hours. The result: spaghetti "chamin" with an aroma za'atar.  A dream.
 
Service: shredded tomme cheese or another hard and spicy goat cheese.
 
The Orchard Meal: with a bottle of chardonnay. Hard and hot cheeses plate nearby.
